Ilke works in the Electrical Engineering Education section in the Department of Microelectronics at TU Delft where she contributes to teaching of undergraduate courses, and development of homologation content of the Quantum Information Science & Technology (QIST) master’s programme. She is the IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group chair of BeNeLux section and one of the co-founders and academic advisors of Women+ in Engineering at TU Delft.
